I have about 20 daffodils under my bedroom window right now. The weather has been so nice!

P.S. I love the panoramic shots at the top of the page!

Vered – I agree! — Except last year, our only two significant snowfalls came in March. So, it may be a little early to celebrate here.
Mel – Yes it has been nice. Have you figured out what any of the other stuff that's growing in your yard is, yet?
The panorama shots are actually slices out of regular photos. The only problem with them is that they take a while to display if you're on a slower connections because all of them have to download.
I'm thinking of suspending the photo blog again and just post photos here and on Haw Creek.
The first signs of life after autumn. Great shot…

Hi Mike. I saw your earlier post about the WordPress upgrade. I hope it works as smoothly for me — congrats. I'm dreading doing this. As for spring… Yahoo! Spring is my favourite season.

Mike,
Thank you for the encouraging picture…snow drops, a few crocus and my hearty primroses are blooming away…and I see a purple cast on the neighbors ornamental plum tree…
I am hoping to get outside a bit more than just walking…this torn muscle is quite inhibiting and frustrating.
Love the idea of Spring

Bryan Carl – Thanks!
Davina – I hope that it works well for you, too. I'm still enjoying the new 2.7 interface and finding new ways to use it.
Pat – You are certainly welcome and I hope the muscle heals quickly and well. I've had my share of muscle pain and physical therapy, though not any in quite a while (perhaps due to less stress?)
Thank goodness. I only hope we get a bit better weather over here in the UK than we did last year. We don't have any daffodils yet but we got snowdrops a few days ago, which is a sign that spring is on the way. Snowdrops look a bit like bluebells except they're white.
Could spring be on its way?
Cath and Rose – Yes, spring is definitely on it's way. It just seems to want to take its sweet time. I was outside working yesterday and it was almost warm enough to take my sweatshirt off, but not quite. Today it is chilly and raining.
