On Thursday, we took a drive from Billings, Montana to Red Lodge and then over the Beartooth Highway to Cooke City.
I’ve posted more photos and a little bit of narrative for this drive on my outdoors blog. It’s titled Travel Journal – Beartooth Highway in Wyoming and Montana – August 30, 2007.

What an awesome view! On the other hand – um – this doesn’t look wide enough for two vehicles to pass eachother so please tell me it is not a road for vehicles.

It’s not a road. It’s a walkway out to a vista point.
