Well are you coming up through Montana? You might as well…you are RIGHT there :D

We will be in part of Montana later in the trip. It is one of our very favorite states. We’re planning on spending some time in eastern Idaho where we lived for several years — we left in 1980 when I got out of the Navy, going to Arkansas for a job and to be nearer to my wife’s family.

We still have to make it back across to Wisconsin to see our daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids.

Three years ago we made it up to Great Falls where my brother and his family was living, but they all moved to Coos Bay, Oregon. My dad, step-mom are all moving there soon, as is one of my sisters. We’re not going that far on this trip. Maybe next year.

Hi Mike – You’ve covered a lot of miles already. And according to Google maps, you have over 1200 more before you get to Wisconsin. Hope you’re having a great time. BTW, I forgot to say – when you used your other blog address, you didn’t go in the spam folder. Maybe my blog thinks someone is pretending to be you, because you have more than one blog?

But it’s been just a few hours on the road at a time, most days, and we were stopping and seeing stuff along the way. And we’re still a month away from being in Wisconsin. We’ve decided to head over to our old stomping grounds in Idaho on Wednesday.

Now all I have to do is remember to use the right blog to comment on your blog. Not that I’ve got anything to say when the post is mainly about business — all I know about that is that, if I tried to do my own business, I probably would regret it and end up losing my shirt, and a whole lot more.
