We spent part of a day walking the beach, boardwalk, and a pier when we were in the area visiting family. This photo was taken from the pier.

I might have tried it when I was a lot younger, but I was a lot poorer, too. I had a used surf board, but it would have been a real stretch to get accessories like the kite, even if we would have had them back then.
Thats pretty awesome. Not sure if I would do it (not big on surfing) but looks like fun
