These images were taken west of Bozeman, Montana, on September 9, 2007, on the way back to the KOA campground we were staying at.

Montana is a ‘must visit’ state for me when and if I visit the USA again. Jared Diamond in his magnificent book “Collapse” writes so endearingly about the state and its people that I have decided on this. That is a lovely photograph Mike.

Thanks. I was glad to have “found” it again.

Montana is a great state if you like wide open places with a relatively low population density. When we lived in Idaho, we visited parts of Montana several times. Since we moved here, we’ve spent around 6 weeks there over several different trips.
