Mike,

You hit the gym everyday but Sunday?!

Impressive!

The weight loss is particularly good considering the tme of year.

Nice work Mike.

Thanks! ;)

I had planned to go on Sunday, but we worked outside clearing brush to get to some trees that went down in a windstorm last January instead.

Now that’s the sort of workout I’d really enjoy. :)

Mike,
Congrats on loosing weight and making it to the gym – inspiring

With being snowed in – even with eating with care I gained weight with no gym workout…even dancing, Wii fitting, and doing the stairs I could not maintain…

Isn’t outside work a fun workout…if we had known about this storm we could have done some prep. work. As it was we all got plenty of shoveling. Well, except me I had to share boots with my three visitors who did all the seniors driveways also…

Hip Hip Hurrah for you

Thanks, Pat!

Gee, we haven’t been snowed in here in Arkansas since, oh,… last March…. twice.

We live out in the country and our road down into town is shaded by pines when the sun is relatively low yet, so when it snows or ices, it stays slick sometimes for longer than you would think for a southern state. We had 14 inches of snow the first time and 12 inches the second time — and 2 inches is a lot of snow for us.

They close the schools if there’s even a rumor it might snow.

Well, it’s not really quite that bad.

Work outside can be enjoyable, except when I have other things I’d rather be doing. But I have a lot I need to get done.

Have a great New Year!

You are the only person I know who has managed to lose weight during Christmas! High five!

Urban Panther – Thanks! Unfortunately, I may not be able to do the same next week. I’ve come down with a cold and it’s really inhibiting my motivation to make it to the gym…, where I probably caught the cold, anyhow.
