While I made it to the fitness center for 5 days out of 7, with each workout averaging about 1000 calories, I ended up gaining a little over a pound.
279.5 — up from 278.2.
On the positive side, though, my endurance is up. I mainly work out using an eliptical trainer and/or stair-climber combined with walking. I also wear a heart monitor while exercising.
I’m not sure what this next week will bring. My tooth extraction is scheduled for tomorrow morning and I won’t be working out tomorrow. We’ll see about the days after that — need to keep it a habit.

Maybe you are converting to muscle which weighs more but allows you to lose more fat in the long run. I did that my last round of exercise when I upped it to 6 days a week…I was kind of upset and then saw the inches and the change in body shape and was very pleased? Just a thought.
It okay to gain pound you just need to sill be positive about it
